Nasratullah Mateen

Founder, CEO and Lead Educator

Nasratullah Mateen is an experienced ESL Educator, TOEFL/IELTS Coach, and Study Abroad Mentor with over ten years of teaching and academic consulting. He specializes in preparing students for international English proficiency exams, including TOEFL and IELTS, learning languages, and guiding them through the study abroad process. Mr. Mateen has mentored countless students, particularly Afghan youth, helping them prepare for TOEFL, IELTS and Academic English courses and supporting their university applications by offering personalized guidance on crafting compelling personal statements, securing scholarships, and navigating admissions to prestigious institutions worldwide. Fluent in English, Pashto, Dari/Farsi, Italian, and currently learning French, Mr. Mateen brings a global perspective and experience to his work. His career as an educator spans diverse settings, from language institutes and universities in Afghanistan to humanitarian missions focused on refugee education in Pakistan and Canada. Now based in Canada, Mr. Mateen continues to provide tailored language coaching, mentorship, and study abroad consultancy. He remains dedicated to empowering students and young professionals, empowering their global aspirations from the comfort of their home! His vision for Azmoon Hub is to create an inclusive virtual space where students receive expert TOEFL/IELTS preparation, language courses, personalized university application support, and the confidence to pursue global academic opportunities. Through Azmoon Hub, Mr. Mateen envisions to inspire and equip the next generation of youth to shape their future.
